  • For me personally, living with Autism and looking for help after a place I went to for vocational rehab shut down, I wrote a letter to Rell. In about 48 hours, a response came from her office with a list of choices to get help in finding employment in my area.

I now have a job working for an Au Pair agency in Stamford. I wish I was doing radio like I was 6 years ago. But I've been at this job for a year. 30 hours for officework, but with 401K and Life Insurance. Am on Medicare and SSDI though. But feel no pity for me. I am surviving, but like I said, I wish I was back in radio.

Even my mom, who is a Democrat 4 Life, voted for Rell. Needless to say we're both happy.

And don't forget Mike Fedele as LT Gov from Stamford. That and Rell from Brookfield--Fairfield County now has the top two spots in State Gov't. Maybe the FC won't stand for Forgotten County.

Of course, when it comes to politics even media coverage, there's Fairfield County, and the other 7 in the state.

If I may venture OT a bit. To those in the 5th--HOPE Y'ALL LIKE HIGHER TAXES CUZ YOU'S GONNA GET 'EM!

  • I am not surprise your Democrat Mom voted for Democrat Rell. Why wouldn’t she?

As for the 5th District, the Democrats may pass a bill raising taxes but Bush will veto it.

I don't think Bush will agree to higher taxes under any circumstances whatever.

Of course the Connecticut will likely raise taxes sometime in the next four years.

    There is nothing stopping them!
