School Breakfast?
Apparently, in Enfield at Enrico Fermi High School, this may soon become the case. According to a report conducted by the school:

Most adults look back on high school lunches with disdain, the "mystery meat," blue potatoes or what have you. I'm surprised a plurality students would be interested in purchasing breakfast at schools. Studies have shown that students who eat breakfast pay more attention in class and perform better on tests. Perhaps this is just another effort to boost CAPT test scores?
According to the report, 661 students said they would buy breakfast at the school, while 216 said they would not. "Students sound like they are interested in buying breakfast at school, and there is plenty of information that shows students function best when they are properly fed," said Fermi Principal Paul Newton. "If this is worthwhile for everyone, great."
